DocOga is a browser-based tool. Everything you type — names, addresses, rent amounts, property details — is processed and saved only on your device (browser local storage). It is never transmitted to us or to any server. If you clear your browser data, your saved documents are deleted from your device.
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension.
Payments for the Oga Pass are processed by our licensed payment provider (Flutterwave). Your card details, bank details and payment information are handled entirely by the provider on their secure platform — DocOga never sees or stores them. The provider's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the message history so we can help you. We do not send unsolicited messages and we do not sell or share your contact with anyone.
DocOga is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Because we hold essentially no personal data, most requests are simple. If you have any privacy question or request, contact us and we will respond promptly.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
